Our 2013 THE Cab is deep ruby red in color with aromas of black currant, kumquat, sandalwood, and baking spices. This medium bodied wine has structured tannins and layers of flavors which evolve and linger; dried cherries, dark roast coffee and cedar.

THE Cab was handpicked and sorted fruit from the best vineyards in Lodi. THE Cab started fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aerated pump-overs multiple times per day were used to extend the maceration cycle for better richness and mouthfeel. The wine was aged in new French oak which integrated the characteristics of the fruit with the spice and toast of the barrel.
